the second hand marching band

The second hand marching band is a band from a mix of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Ayr, Kincardine, Cumbernauld, Neilston, Canada, Airdrie and elsewhere.

We have been together since the end of 2007 and play guitars, ukeleles, mandolins, triangles, accordians, trumpets, tenor horns, saxophones, trombones, glockenspiel, castanets, marching drums, melodicas, woodblocks, tamborines, bells, violins, flutes, clarinets and other stuff.

We have spent 2008 doing concerts and it seemed to have went well. We released our first EP, "a dance to half death", in January 2009. Click the myspace thing for more on that.

Click on the wee myspace gadge if you wish to listen or research the personal histories of the multiple-so-many members.
